How to make a Cellulite Scrub at home?

There are various types of cellulite treatments. It is now possible to make your own cellulite scrub at home. Many things can be used to naturally reduce cellulite. Drinking a lot of water, massaging and dry skin brushing are some of the activities. However, the most effective method is a coffee scrub. This is made by the use of coffee. Caffeine present in the coffee helps in dilating the blood vessels which tighten and tone the skin. Caffeine also stimulates blood circulation in the body and it also promotes water retention in the body.

How to make a coffee scrub?

• After making your usual coffee, put the coffee grounds into a bowl then add a teaspoon of virgin oil and stir to mix. The oil does not mix with the coffee grounds. This makes the application of the scrub much easier.
• After making the mixture, start scrubbing it on your body and let that cellulite go away on its own.
• You should apply the scrub for 10 minutes the rinse it off.
The effects are almost instant. You will begin to notice your skin becoming tighter and tighter. This is the result of caffeine stimulating the body to dilate the blood vessels thereby tightening the tissue in the affected area. Toxins and fat deposits are pushed out as the skin is being treated.
Coffee grounds help in reducing the appearance of cellulite and at the same time it naturally exfoliates the skin. In addition, the olive oil helps in making the skin softer.

The coffee scrub should be used while in the shower and after washing the affected area. Apply the scrub mixture for a few minutes and let it sit on your legs with the water off. After about ten minutes, simply wash off the mixture with warm water let it dry. Ensure that you also apply moisturizer on the affected area.

By stimulating the blood flow in your body, the caffeine in the coffee causes the fatty deposits to begin circulating and over time diminish. The salt in the scrub acts as an exfoliator. It stimulates the circulation of blood throughout the body. The olive oil is the binding agent and will hydrate the affected area naturally.

Tips to follow when making scrub at home for cellulite treatment:

• You should shower and exfoliate. This part is commonly forgotten, but is very important. After this, grab some old coffee grounds to use.
• Secondly, rinse and dry off the affected area.
• Apply a tiny bit of moisturizer around the knees and elbows because they suck up most of the scrub. The moisturizer slows the process.
• Start rubbing the scrub from the legs and work your way upwards to your arms, stomach and face.
• Go back over every part with a small bit of lotion so as to make sure that you haven’t missed a spot.
• After all this, just relax and wait for a few minutes.
• Rinse the scrub off with warm water and clean yourself completely.

When all this is done, the scrub session is now completed. The results are not instant but they are experience after a few days or months, depending on how often you repeat this procedure.
