The anti wrinkle cream that changed everything

When I was younger I used to go outside and run around in the sun without sunscreen on. That bad habit continued into my 20s, and I definitely paid the price! Before I knew it, I had fine lines around my mouth, crow’s feet starting to develop around my eyes and my skin was dull as could be. That youthful glow was long gone! I didn't feel old, but my skin made me look old and worn out, so I have been trying for the longest time to find an anti wrinkle cream that actually works. I have tried anti wrinkle cream after anti wrinkle cream hoping that one of them would deliver on their promises. I spent so much money on products that didn't work and I was starting to think that every anti wrinkle cream was a rip-off.

I had read about Complexion MD in Glamour Magazine where it was named one of the top beauty products of the year, and I thought, if this anti wrinkle cream was good enough for Glamour Magazine, it’s good enough for me! I ordered a jar and when it arrived, I was super impressed with the packaging of this anti wrinkle cream. It came in a sleek glass jar that looked very high end. But it didn't just look good, it had a very light, pleasant smell and it felt velvety smooth on my fingers. The Complexion MD anti wrinkle cream was richer than others I have used in the past and I was anxious to try it out.

The typical anti wrinkle cream makes bold claims that you can see results after a few days or a week, and that usually doesn't happen. Complexion MD actually delivered! I started to notice a change in the feel of my skin after about six days of using it. My skin felt smoother and not as loose on my face. I used the Complexion MD anti wrinkle cream in the morning and at night, and I couldn't believe how quickly I saw results. My skin also felt very moisturized, which is great because I live in a dry area and I have tried more than one anti wrinkle cream that didn't hold up to the climate. They would just disappear right away, but the Complexion MD anti wrinkle cream took longer to fully absorb into my skin, and it kept my skin moisturized all day long. And don’t be scared by the $99 price. A little goes a long way so it lasts a while.

I kept using Complexion MD’s anti wrinkle cream and over the last several months, I have seen noticeable improvements with my crow’s feet and fine lines around my mouth. I have gotten so much attention lately - people think I've gotten plastic surgery! You can’t go wrong with this anti wrinkle cream. I’m so happy I tried Complexion MD anti wrinkle cream, you will be too!

The difference between a moisturizer and wrinkle cream

People seem to always be confusing between moisturizers and wrinkle creams because they both appear to be doing the same job. They both make the skin appear more smooth and softer.

Moisturizers

These refer to complex mixtures of chemical compounds that are specifically designed to make the outer layers of the skin become softer and smoother. They work to increase the skins hydration. This is achieved by reducing the rate of evaporation from the skin. Moisturizers help to keep the skin hydrated. Moisturizers contain lightweight oils in their ingredients. Moisturizers protect and treat skin while improving on its tone and texture.

How moisturizers work as the best skin care product?

• Semi-occlusives: Moisturizers work by forming a thin film on the skin’s surface that will prevent it from losing moisture, thus keeping the skin hydrated.
• Humectants: these compounds attract water vapor from the air, which is then used to moisturize the skin.
• Restoration: this refers to the situation whereby the moisturizer restores the skin’s natural moisturizing factors such as amino lipids.

Risks of moisturizers

When assessing the safety of moisturizers, you have to look at the ingredients contained in the moisturizer as well as the risk of getting a bacterial contamination.

Recent studies indicate that moisturizers increase the risk of getting skin cancer

On the other hand, anti wrinkle creams which are also referred to as anti-ageing creams are similar to moisturizers but are more effective because they are dedicated to the work that they were designed for. Anti wrinkle creams depend on the ingredients in them for their effectiveness. These creams contain key ingredients that are used in achieving their intentions, which is to remove the wrinkles from the skin altogether.

Key ingredients that make it the best skin care product:-

Retinol: this is a compound derived from vitamin A. It is known to reduce lines and spores that appear on the skin’s surface.
Epidermal growth factor: this works to stimulate the cell renewal process and the production of collagen in the skin. It also increases the elasticity of the skin as well as reducing the lines and wrinkles that appear on the skin.
Alpha hydroxyl acids: these work to dissolve the intracellular that usually hold the cells that are dead together thereby freeing them from each other. Using this product on a daily basis, helps in enhancing the exfoliation and the epidermis.
Antioxidants: their purpose is to repair the cells that have been damaged by unstable muscles and the free radicals.
Vitamin C: this is one of the of the most effective ingredient when it comes to anti wrinkle creams. It promotes the healing process in the skin.
Niacinamide: this is also an antioxidant that is related to vitamin B. it helps to reduce the loss of water from the skin.

Therefore, a comparison between moisturizers and anti wrinkle creams if difficult to come up with. Furthermore, deciding which the best beauty care product to use, is wholly dependent on the user. Different users have different needs about what they want taken care of on their skin. The existence of these different need help to determine which beauty product to use.

How Hyaluronic Acid Fights Wrinkles?

Hyaluronic acid also known as hyaluronate or HA is a viscous polysaccharide with important lubricating properties. Hyaluronic acid is an occurrence in almost all living organisms it’s normally a carbohydrate. When it’s bound to water it forms a viscous substance similar to“jello.” The biological functions of hyaluronic acid have made it significance in clinical application because of its unique viscoelastic nature.

The clinical application of hyaluronic acid include the treatment of joint disorders, this in particular include osteoarthritis. It can be consumed or injected by a professional medic into the affected joint. Another use of hyaluronic acid is in the treatment of eye surgeries, example been cataract removal, repair of a disconnected retina or other eye injuries. The main purpose of hyaluronic acid in the eye surgery is that the fluid aids to replace the natural fluids. It’s also a key ingredient in plastic surgery as it acts as filler. Hyaluronic acid is also beneficial to the skin as it heals wounds, burns, skin ulcers, and as a moisturizer.

However the major interest of hyaluronic acid is in the prevention of aging. Today it is trending as been arbitrated as “cascade of youth.” As we have held that hyaluronic acid is naturally present in living organism, but it has been observed by professional medics that as time goes by it declines in content. The significance of this is that there will be loss of hydration and moisture in the skin, which can be said to be responsible to aging. This is because the decrease in hyaluronic acid will cause wrinkling and loss of elasticity and a decrease of collagen- the support of the skin.

It is believed that the reduction of hyaluronic acid start at around the age of 20 and becomes seeming as people get into the age of forties, for this purpose the young generation are encouraged to use products that have the content of hyaluronic acid before it’s too late.An enzyme action called hyaluronidase breaks down HA, that’s the main reason as to why it should be replenished if one intends to have a soft, smooth and young-looking complexion. Scientists have discovered that injections of hyaluronic acid, plump up the skin and minimizes the look of wrinkles. Numerous studies indicate that hyaluronic acid when also inserted into the skin it improves skin elasticity and reduces the roughness of the skin which in turn improves the overall appearance of skin tissue.

As it is vivid now that hyaluronic acid is an anti-aging substance, it has become a feature in cosmetics products. As an alternative to injection one can use hyaluronic acid that is used as an ingredient in cosmetic products. Hyaluronic acid can be formulated in various cosmetic products such as creams, lotions, serums, shampoos, conditioners, bath oils, foundations, lipsticks or lip balms. Studies have indicated that cosmetic products that contain hyaluronic acid protect the skin from UV radiation due to the free radical scavenging properties of HA. It’s due this reason that many cosmetic firms are finding hyaluronic acid a useful component in the manufacture of cosmetic products.

Ingredients to Look for in the Best Wrinkle Cream

Wrinkle creams work by plumping up your skin's surface gently to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. While you can't stop your skin from aging, there are ways to slow the process. Whether you're just noticing signs of aging in your 20's or you're into your 50's, a great wrinkle remover can do wonders to boost your skin's elasticity. The key to finding the best wrinkle cream, however, is being very selective about the ingredients you go after.

Ingredients to Look for in a Wrinkle Remover

The best and highest-quality ingredients can effectively help your skin look less wrinkled and younger, so check for the following while you're shopping around for an anti-aging cream.

1. Antioxidants
Antioxidants work to stop free radicals from damaging your skin over time. They're also proven to increase the effectiveness of a sunscreen. Antioxidants are important because they help your skin heal from damage and they improve the production of healthy collagen to give your skin a youthful appearance.

2. Skin-identical ingredients
Young, healthy skin has certain natural substances that help it retain water content and smoothness while repairing damage, fighting infections and protecting skin from the harsh environment. A wrinkle cream that includes skin-identical ingredients can impersonate youthful skin to reinforce your body's ability to perform like it's supposed to.

3. Cell-communicating ingredients
Cell-communicating ingredients help your skin cells behave the way a normal, healthy and young cell would. Common cell-communicating ingredients you'll find in the best wrinkle cream include lecithin, niscinamide, adenosine triphosphate and, of course, retinol.

4. Sunscreen
Finally, make sure you choose a product that offers SPF protection of at least 15. Sunscreen will protect your delicate skin against sun damage, which typically manifests as wrinkles, age spots and even skin cancer like melanoma.

Along with choosing a good wrinkle cream, make sure you take care of your skin on your own as well to boost its effectiveness and decrease the appearance of wrinkles. Sometimes lifestyle changes can be just as important to keep your skin looking healthy and young as long as possible. Along with an anti-aging cream, choose a moisturizer that will keep your skin supple and drink a lot of water every day to stay hydrated and plump up the skin to combat wrinkles. Always remove makeup before bed to help your skin produce collagen while you rest for skin elasticity.

It's also important to remember that your body needs many nutrients to run effectively and keep your healthy, just as your skin needs a balance of ingredients to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Doing your research to learn about the ingredients in the best wrinkle creams can help you restore your skin's natural function and combat the signs of aging to shave off at least a few years from your face. While you shouldn't expect miracles, or surgical results, wrinkle creams are a good part of an effective anti aging skin care regiment.

Using Anti-anxiety Herbs to Manage Signs and Symptoms of Depression?

There are many signs and symptoms of depression. It is worth noting, however, that many of these signs and symptoms are things that are experienced by many individuals on a daily basis. This does not mean that all individuals experiencing these feelings once in a while are actually suffering from depression. Far from this, an individual having extreme levels of anxiety may find it difficult to function normally. This may necessitate the use of anti anxiety herbs to manage the condition. This does not necessarily mean that such an individual is suffering from depression. What matters is how frequent and intense the feelings are and how they affect the functioning of individuals.

Many signs and symptoms of depression affect one or several aspects of a persons’ life. There behaviours, emotional stability and thought patterns may be greatly affected. Many individuals suffering from depression experience emotional disturbances. Feelings of being overwhelmed, disappointed and completely apathetic to the reality are a common feature in such individuals. So intense are the feelings of anxiety that individuals living with depression are constantly in unstable emotional conditions. These symptoms can be managed by the use of conventional anti – anxiety drugs, which have a tranquilizing effect or natural remedies such as anti anxiety herbs, which reduce the level of anxiety.

Such depressive emotional states lead to signs and symptoms that affect the thought patterns of affected individuals. These include persistent thoughts of failure and inadequacy, self effacing thoughts and even suicidal thoughts, in severe cases. Since suicidal thought develop as a result of intense and longstanding feelings of stress and anxiety, effective use of anti anxiety herbs and other supplements can help in managing anxiety thus avoiding further degeneration of the condition.

Also, an individual’s behaviour may be affected in many ways. For instance, patients usually experience changes in their social behaviour. Many tend to avoid social engagements and retreat into a state of complete lack of interest in hobbies and other social activities. In other cases, individuals lose the ability to concentrate, remember things for long and make good decisions.

The last signs and symptoms of depression is its effect on the physical well being of individuals. These ranges from fatigue, listlessness and headaches to the more severe symptoms like sleep problems, drastic changes in body weight and changes in appetite. One important thing though, is that feelings of headache and grogginess may also result from the side effects of anti anxiety drugs. However, the use of non addictive remedies such as anti anxiety herbs and supplements such as alpranax eliminates such symptoms associated with ordinary tranquilizers.

In conclusion, there are many signs and symptoms of depression. Although many of them are general feelings that normal individuals may experience on occasions, there severity is what matters. Many of these signs and symptoms affect either one or several aspects of a normal individual. Individual behavioural patterns, physical functioning, emotional stability and thought processes may be affected. The severity of the symptoms, however, depends on whether an individual uses remedies to counter their effects. Although many of the symptoms may be severe, some of them, specifically those that affect emotional stability of individuals, may be remedied by use of anti anxiety herbs and other drugs.

Alpha Lipoic Acid in Anti Aging Skin Products

Wrinkles are common skin care problems seen among the people of this generation and the major cause of this disease is the stress that is faced by the people due to the hectic schedule followed by them. The Alpha Lipoic Acid is the key ingredient in most of the best wrinkle creams, anti aging skin products etc. This is usually referred as ALA and it cats as antioxidant which is important in generating energy necessary for the body. There are many other features associated with this ingredient which makes it a perfect component in best wrinkle treatment. We can even say that anti ageing skin care treatments are incomplete without ALA.

Definition for ALA

ALA can be considered as a major ingredient in many medicines which are capable for preventing various diseases. ALA is basically an antioxidant and has the power of producing recycling effect over other available kinds of antioxidants. ALA can recycle Vitamin C as well as Vitamin CoQ10. This is an ingredient that has the power for neutralizing all those free radicals that are associated with watery regions as well as fatty cells. The other kinds of antioxidants usually have the capability of neutralizing either fatty region or watery region associated with the skin.

Functions of ALA

There are two different functions associated with ALA due to which it has become a major component included in the anti aging skin products.

• ALA can be considered as the best antioxidant available with the power of neutralizing free radicals that appear on the skin surface. This is a major property and function associated with ALA that qualified it to be an ingredient in anti aging skin products. This property of the ALA is helpful in removing wrinkles as well as other problems associated with skin like scars and other marks.
• The next advantage of using ALA is that this is an ingredient which dors not produce much anti inflammatory effect but it is considered less when compared with other ingredients used in the anti aging skin products. This ingredient does not produce much irritation and such side effects to the individuals using it.

The researches have revealed the fact that the high concentration of ALA used for a longer period of time can cure the wrinkles as well as such skin problems and it does not have side effects as other ingredients which can remove the wrinkles in a faster manner.

Effectiveness of ALA

We cannot consider ALA as the most effective ingredient capable of removing wrinkles. There are many other ingredients that are capable of removing wrinkles in lesser amount of time with lesser quantity utilisation. Also ALA shows effects slowly and only when large concentration of it is applied to the skin. The major advantage of using ALA is that it is less allergic compared to other ingredients in the market and this make it a popular choice among the customers.
