How to Stop Hair from Shedding?

We always like to solve a problem before it gets uncontrollable. The same thing we say about hair care. Give an attention to the pattern of your hair shedding before it gets too late. Experts say you have nothing to worry if you notice a normal daily hair fall. Now, how to know if your hair fall pattern is normal or not? Generally, if you lose 20 – 150 hairs a day, that’s normal.
