Enlarge your penis - Penis Enhancement

Early ejaculation and ways to enlarge your penis are the two most common sexual problems encountered in males. There is no clinical definition for early ejaculation. Generally treatment of early ejaculation is based upon the expectations of the male and his partner. In laymans terms early ejaculation is said to occur when the male orgasms sooner than both sexual partners would like. While this may not be a problem if it is a rare occurrence, early ejaculation on every or almost every occasion can be frustrating for both parties. It is estimated that 25-40% of males suffer from early ejaculation. The occurrence tends to be higher in younger males that have less sexual experience.

Early ejaculation can be divided into different categories using various criteria. Depending on the time of early ejaculation it can be classified as lifelong (primary) or acquired (secondary). Primary early ejaculation occurs when in all instances of sexual intercourse and has occurred throughout the lifetime of the male. Secondary early ejaculation has similar symptoms as primary early ejaculation, however, its onset is later in life in patients that do not have a previous history of ejaculatory problems.

Early ejaculation can also be divided mild, moderate or severe cases depending upon the time is takes for the male to climax and ejaculate normally. Mild cases are those patients that can last between 5-10 minutes but would like last longer. Severe cases of early ejaculation are those individuals that ejaculate before entering the partners vagina or ejaculate almost immediately upon entering the partners vagina.

As far as early ejaculation is concerned, there are other techniques available that have worked for some males. Techniques for cases of mild early ejaculation include:

Distraction and Relaxing: Focusing on the problem, or worrying about early ejaculation nwill actually only make it worse. Using distraction techniques by turning your mind to a different matter as you begin to climax will stop premature ejaculation.
Foreplay: Foreplay should be used to build up the intensity of the intercourse. Taking time during foreplay helps a male last longer and avoids premature ejaculation.
Condoms: The use of condoms has been shown to increase the duration of the sexual intercourse by three minutes on average than men who don’t use condoms.
Ballooning and edging: Ballooning and edging is a technique whereby you train your body to build up to ejaculation and then stop just before the ejaculation. This way you start building up all over again teaching your body to last longer.

There are stronger measures that can be taken to help patients with severe early ejaculation. These include the uses of anti-depressants that delay the ejaculatory response as a side effect, the Masters-Johnson method, the use of constrictive devices that make the penis less sensitive. Cognitive behaviour therapy may be offered to some males to stop premature ejaculation. This includes the start-stop technique, the slow- down cowboy method and the squeeze technique.
